  • Arvinder Singh

    Founder and CEO
    Arvinder (AP) Singh founded ZAS Management Systems in 2002 with a determination to help physicians and their practices obtain optimal reimbursement by managing their Revenue Cycle Management and Healthcare IT needs. With the passage of the ARRA in 2009, the opportunity grew in leaps and bounds and the knowledge and experience that the company had gathered was able to help existing and newer clients. AP brings 25 years leadership experience in the US and Global Pharmaceutical industry, where he was a senior leader in Sales and Marketing at Johnson & Johnson, Forest Laboratories, and GlaxoSmithKline. He is a seasoned, forward thinking, energetic, multi-lingual, and entrepreneurial leader with bottom-line focus and track record of performance. He brings broad sales, marketing, business development, pipeline development, change management, and people management/development experience.
  • Robin Hedrick

    Director of Operations and Client Services
    ZAS clients benefit from Robin's strong expertise in billing and systems, as well as her extraordinary ability to think outside the box. Robin brought more than 30 years of industry related experience in billing and systems to ZAS. Before joining the company, Robin worked in development and systems analysis for a variety of software platforms in diverse applications. Her primary work experience encompassed practice management, reimbursement and data analysis in a large academic medical setting.

    Customer Service Representative
    Debbie has years of customer service experience in the retail field as past manager of a local business.Years of volunteer work in my community has trained me to show personal attention to others requests and needs, which is always used with our ZAS clients. Working for ZAS and our clients allows me the opportunity to live my life's motto "Kindness Works."
  • Darci Silva

    Billing Manager
    Darci joined the ZAS team in early 2012, and brings with her over 20 years of medical billing experience and medical transcription work. Her prior experience includes chiropractic billing, facial plastic surgery, otolaryngology and pediatrics. Her experience has taught her the importance of staying one step ahead of the constant changing rules and requirements of the insurance industry, which results in fewer claim rejections and higher provider reimbursement.
